reformatting issue

magpa tabang unta ko unsaon pag reformat sa pc..windows xp ang os.naa naman ko idea unsaon..ang prob is..naa man gud drive c and d..then ganahan ko na wala nalang ang drive c ug d..bale,isa nalang ka drive para sa tanan files..unsaon na nako?

nya another issue pud diay kay kanang inig on sa pc..kay mu ad2 cya sa safe mode..dili jud cya mu ad2 sa desktop..cge lang restart then safe mode then mu load ang kanang windows xp then mu restart again..ma ayo na cya if i-reformat ang pc?help please?

bro, windows xp or any windows operating system is by default installed in drive c. it is its root drive, so you cannot remove it. about your safe mode inquiry, klaroha kung safe mode ba jud kay following a reinstallation, bati pa raba ang graphics which looks like safe mode -- do you see safe mode on all four corners?

sis man ko.. =) ma reformat pa nako ang drive c and d?like possible ba if wagtangon nalang to ang drive d?para dili samok?gi try nako ug reformat ang drive c..mu ana man na lahi daw ang OS nya if mu continue daw ko kay basin magpa problems ko.

about sa safe mode..kana gani mu appear sa sceen na "windows was did not shutdown properly..." then naay options na "start windows manually..and etc" then naa dayon mag countdown dapit sa mga options..

it contains screenshots on how to reinstall windows. i'm assuming na you are attempting to format or reinstall windows within windows which is not possible. you need to start from the cd-drive.

kung software problem, yes pero kung hardware problem troubleshoot jud ka girl like abli jud ka sa imong chassis -- mag reseat jud ta ug mga components ani.

no problem, post results here ha. daghan pa raba buhaton human installation sa windows like drivers reinstallation ug uban pa. btw, naa nimo ang driver cd? needed raba na!
