Mura ug one-sided lang ang gi-tanaw sa PB Member Maambong. Iya pud unta gi-question if it is true ang recruitment sa mga NPA.

bro, i hope u r still radiostar and not somebody else coz i somehow am eager to know ur opinions since the start of u becoming radiostar.

bro, pls don't generalize our gov't by saying a harsh conclusion "the gov't is doing everything to eliminate us activists" coz i for one am an activist during my youth. I did not join LFS but i have friends who did.

U r twisting the definition of ACTIVISM per se. Coz even the Boy Scouts of the Phils is a form of youth activism.

Activism transcends the right-left spectrum u know...

yes, i know u r pointing out only your LFS but let me point this out, as borrowed words from Marit Remonde regarding Atty. Victor Maambong. Maambong, (and maybe u also) chose to condemn the military for committing “overkill” in an encounter with “students” rather than be alarmed by the continued recruitment of young Cebuanos into the ranks of the NPA. Such reaction is unfortunately typical of politicians who like to brand themselves as progressives.

don't get me wrong. i'm not defending Marit here as ur description of her being a "supreme rightist" but on what she just said on those lines...

would u rather condemn the military for committing overkill over a legit operation, or, be alarmed by the continued recruitment of the youth into the ranks of the NPA?

and btw, the deaths of Cris Hugo and Ambo Guran are far different from Rachelle Mae's...

ah, LFS MARTYRS as they say. and now a CEGP MARTYR...unfortunately, rightists regard them the other way around, an ENEMY.

You're still alive, aren't you. And by the way do you have any evidences to your accusation.

^^^Let's face it. if the NPA fronts have a DENIAL POLICY, so are the rightists...what u can only do is suspect.

ah, welcome to the Fourth Generation Warfare (4GW)...

clearly sir that you are already judging her wrongly...

i have known rachelle enough to tell you that she will never use a gun.
and sir, she has done great things in her life that even i her death she has awaken the eyes of other people.
though she has been taken away from us, she will forever be in our hearts.

if you could ask her if she could redo her life again and change something... she would probably answer you
"i have no regrets in my life, and would gladly do what i have done."

i agree on what u said that "ato pud taga-an ug respect ang gov't". abi ky naa man tay press freedom or freedom to express, dili nlng pud na pasabot nga mopataka nlng pud ta ug siyagit or yawit anything under the sun against the gov't. ky kung buot huna huna-on, dugay ra unta gpang kiha ug libel kining mga aktibista nga nangatake ug character sa ubang tawo w/o giving justice to what they have been saying. but i guess the gov't has been tolerating those things nowadays.

but then again, i've been asking that pls. don't twist the meaning of "youth activism" coz not all of them hate the gov't.

actually, there are 3 types of youth activism:

    (1) youth involvement in social activism - social activism that is organized, informed, led, and assessed by adults that include education reform, children's rights, and government reform.

    (2) youth-driven activism - young people are the primary movers within an adult-led movement includes environmental movement for example.

    (3) youth-led community organizing - encompasses action which is conceived of, designed, enacted, challenged, redesigned, and driven entirely by young people.

as for the case of Cris Hugo, it was only "suspected" that the military did the murder. some would say that it is frat-related. some would also say it was perpetrated by a few group of students (maybe rightists) which their LFS might have a grudge with. some would say it is perpetrated by the NPA for black propaganda.
