Oh sorry for this, There is a little misunderstanding on this issue. Let me give a chance to explain Cebu Photography Club membership process... New applicants are pre-screened. Upon pending application a Membership Committee Chairman will contact you and inform you about application process and details. upon completion of the said requirements you be then granted membership status.
