kami ni pnoize member mi sa images camera club. its the longest running club in cebu.
their dues are probably higher than any other here in cebu.
if you are really interested let me know. i can sponsor you if you want. PM me nalang.

CPC is one of the newer clubs but i can tell its very well organized and run by competent people and are very enthusiastic. their dues are more easier on the pocket. if again you are interested you can also PM hybernate

i think currently these are the only two camera/photography clubs in cebu that i would vouch for. i think naa man daghan lain pero i dont think active pa kaayo.
