    Convergys is the best place to work in. First job man sad ni nako, wala ko point of reference. Hehehe...

    So far, I survived a year with all those side effects... a year and counting.... and to think I am a registered nurse...

    Limtan nalang nako amo mga bonding moments ni Saunders and Lippincott....

    Even if the agents are trained how to speak like an American, they will still know you are not an American sa diction and choice of words...
