nag work ko karon in a call center industry.. 3 years kapin nako diri.. plano nako mo-resign around last quarter this year kay feel nako wa koy professional growth diri.. ask ko sa inyo opinions and advices (if there are) kung asa maayo nga call center company balhinan

no offense, been to etelecare, promotion there is tainted with alot of politics...

to a certain degree i agree with this, aside from politics, LUCK plays a very good part and the usual hardwork should be there.
As of the moment , CVG is the hot Thing... it is very hot, everybody is going there...
