i was offered sa lawson (taguig) with 30k (basic).. .. 3 years experience.. pero declined ko..
perteng lisura mag-IT... labi na ug programming unya hapit na ang deadline.. basig mukalit lang ka bangon sa alas 3 sa buntag kay naa ka nahunahunaan nga solution.. the good thing sa CSR ( part sila sa IT community), inig gawas sa office, wagtang tanan problema (read : exception ani tong naay report nga buhatonon, eg. sups.. ).. pero kapoy lang sa CSR ang night shift (kaagi ko ani before.. before dili to CSR post)..
kung gusto ka musaka imong suweldo, DONT STICK TO YOUR WORK.. read/learn something else.. bisag basic lang.. i dont think all the time ang mga CSRs gadawat ug call.. or ang programmer sige lang dok2 ug code..
ps. i settled to 18k (+/- pa ni ha) right now.. don't care bout the salary basta nalipay ko sa akong ginabuhat ug schedule.. hehehe

pero sa mga power edge servers murag lain ang mo support ana.
wala lang ko idea kinsa, pero kasagaran sa mga servers, ang mga IT naman sa company
ang mo work ana hehehehe... grabe naman pud ug manawag pa ang IT para magpa-guide

why are you speaking in behalf of CNR? are you CNR himself? have you spent callcenter days ? or is he your brother? he already had a better pay than me back when he was my TL... so theres no need telling me this "kay his yearning to grow, his skills in being a "blah blah" person (marketing/public relations) earned him the right to be where he is now, not one, but TWO cutting-edge jobs, with better pay." crap...
still the same.. i dont care what you do or what your job is... with regards to CNR.. he's been a good TL and a good friend.. that's all i can say..and im happy he has found his place now... once again..about the...kay his yearning to grow, his skills in being a "blah blah" person (marketing/public relations) earned him the right to be where he is now, not one, but TWO cutting-edge jobs, with better pay... plain and simple... i am not CNR and you dont know me so you no dont need educate me about growth stuff cuz i have my own plans of growth..
based from the way you are saying things.. i can say that you are actually trying to tell most callcenter agents that you are actually better than them..because you are after for skill growth and not money..btw, CNR also came from the callcenter industry as well... so you can never tell.

DELL account in ETEL is the most stable account in the company.

unsa man ang plan sa etel kung maabot na kaugalingon nga Dell support diri?
cause naa raba to report nga magtukod ug kaugalingon nga Dell Call Center diri sa Pinas.

^ matod sa TL trainer.. kai lisod pana cya mahitabo kai ang accounts gi handle dri kai client based.. kng mag tukod man gani ug dell center dri sa pinas.. either consumer or sales rani cya... and they said dugay pa daw ma abot ng dell support jud dri kai wala pa au sila ni establish sa other asian countries... ang dell store sad dri sa cebu kai mga MOD ang mga parts meaning resell ra.. so if mu buy ka dell system dri.. limitted ra warranty not like US warranty..
actually.. dugay naman ni na rumor.. pero hangtod karon wala pa ghapon klaro.. so dugay2x pa jud ni ang support dri etel.
im afraid ing ana.. ang ako lang unta apas is the direct replacement warranty na pwde mu dagan 3 years.. pero saon ta man.. pinas mani so 1 year ra tanan warranty.. hehe
