    I hope that there will be a way where we can have a wide stretch of white sand beach (much like Boracay) without ruining the privacy of those who have paid a premium price for a "prime location" such as shangrila and the like...

    i have a solution!

    we extend the mactan shoreline, and construct a perimeter road where the present shoreline is right now. the new shoreline will have no fences and will be pure white sand.

    now all we need is some funding for the project.

    Beaches are not part of their properties so dapat ilang area ang kuralon not the beaches and the Millions that your talking about is not for us residents its for the hungry pigs sitting in the chair.
