imho SMART is very helpful in diagnosing/providing info about you HDDs. so you know when they are about to say goodbye... the only catch is it has a small performance hit (never cared to test though)...

the S.M.A.R.T. feature is there for a reason. it's telling you that your hard disk may/can fail anytime. you can disable it kung hassle, but you might regret it later on if your hard disk suddenly crashes.

Mao gyud bro. Antos lang ko since ako man fault na ingon ani. nahulog sa table while i was cleaning my computer. may gani ang plastic sa IDE dapit nabuak. Mahalin pa kha ni noh?
