Wow, what's goin on with the major thread revivals around here.


Anywayz last time I checked, the movie is on halt at the moment (well that's what they say). Both Universal and 20th Century Fox backed out from the project claiming that both Bungie and Microsoft wanted too much creative control and share of the earnings. So yeah sucks eh?

Nah it's considered dead at the moment buddy. No one in Hollywood is willing to take the risk. They're happy with what Uwe Boll is offering at the moment. Go figure....

if they're going to use the first person shooter effects on this movies then imax at moa would be the nicest place to watch this with all those 3d effects. though it cost me 400 pesos for the beowolf. but then again it was worth every penny...

i liked the game, i'd doubt if i'd like the movie though... never read any Halo book as well.

FYI, there's already a "live-action test" for a Halo movie concept...it's called HALO: LANDFALL...so if there's a bigger HALO movie come out soon, here is a "taste" of the things to come...

^^Those video shorts were also used to promote Halo3 a few months back. Looks interesting indeed though it was done on a small budget.
