if it aint broke, dont fix it...you should have 1st find out how to replicate the issue or problem, para ma duplicate nila during test and can diagnose if its really the hardware or just a simple software issue.

base on what you've said sir.. pangit talga.. lalo na sa warranty policy nla.. ngayon ko lang din nalaman na may ganyang klacing warranty policy.. anu pa kaya silbi ng RMA kung ganyan din ang policy
i feel sorry for you bro kung imo RMA experience didn't end up well.. AFAIK, ang muhandle sa RMA for Palit cards here in the Philippines is Ubertech.. I had an RMA experience with them for a Sapphire card and the transaction went smoothly and quickly.. Got a replacement in 5 days.. Sa imo case, wede pman guro m.dispute but i think it would not be easy ky as of now, out of warranty n ang card.. Kad2 unta nga the card was still covered sa warranty period.. Good luck nlng bro kung unsa man gani imo decisions e.make..
