need help different problem on my motherboard

I have three motherboard with different problem hope naa daghan mga master dri mkatabang nako.

1. Asus motherboard ang iya problem kay nabutangan adhesive iya pci-e slot ako question kay pwede ba mailisan ang pci-e slot kay pag tang-tang nako sa adhesive naa pins na nabali ang nakapait kay wala ni built in VC ako motherboard.
Note: Socket 775 board ni siya
2. two motherboard with the same problem ASUS and MSI inig install nako OS kay mogana siya but inig boot kay mo error read disk siya ako gi tan.aw sa bios kay naa man ang hdd din try nako ilis new hdd mao lang ghapon ang problem then sometimes inig install nako sa OS dli siya kabasa sa HDD ako na giilisan ug new IDE cable, new memory and even new powersupply mao lang ghapon ang problem then lastly ako try gamit ug HDD na nana install O.S, with the same specs sa motherboard and vcard ni BOOT siya but after restart / shutdown pag ON nako balik nibalik iya problem Error Read disk ghapon I think motherboard guba ani I even try to Use SATA disc but no luck the same problem ghapon I think naa ni problem sa capacitor asa sad kha dapit?
Note: socket 939 ang ASUS then MSI socket 754

@bro gaspar btaw nindot unta reheat kaso wala ko hot air gud
kinsa naa pa idea dha share please kani ako board na asu p5gpl-x se mailisan pa kha ang PCI-E ani na slot?

forget diay sa memory ako ni gi try ug 1g, 1.5g, 512mb and even 256 using ddr400 to all motherboard

2. Buy or borrow a pci ide controller. test...
