First of all, ngano mo pasaka man ug kaso? Di ba because of damage to property? Unsa may goal ana nila? Para ma bayran ang damage, di ba?

Ug since i settle man sa offender ang obligasyon, for which mao may gusto sa mga reklamante, wala nay angay i file ug kaso.

Naay mo ingon nga 'to teach her a lesson'.

    - Nga mo span na ug months if not years ang hearing sa kaso before naay decision ang court? Dili ra intawn ikaw ang gi husay sa Judge, there's hundreds of you nga nag file ug lain-laing kaso.

Karon, let's just say gusto makig settle ang offender pero gusto gihapon ka mo file ug kaso, considering what mentioned above, and for the sake of 'teaching a lesson' lang pud, mo padayon pa ka ug file ana?

Nahasol na gani ka sa incident, mas hasol-hasol pa ka sa imong kaugalingon to 'teach someone a lesson'?
I think IMO, this case goes to small claims court - I don't think damages here reached over P100,000. No need for a lawyer in small claims

Under the 2016 Revised Rules of Procedure for Small Claims Cases, the nature of the case is no longer within the jurisdiction of the small claims court.
