MANILA - The driver of a yellow compact car who plowed through people and vehicles in Rockwell Center, Makati City on Friday night surrendered to authorities and was subsequently released.
Parties involved in the incident decided not to lay charges against Jamie Camille Lee Brojan, 28, a resident of San Juan City, after she committed to shoulder the victims' medical and vehicular repair expenses, officials said.
A video of Brojan in a yellow Kia Picanto, dubbed the "crazy yellow Kia" by netizens, uploaded by Kitt Lapena on Facebook, went viral and garnered over 19,000 shares as of this writing.
Another video which gave a bird's eye view of the incident, taken by Helen de Terry-Glorioso, garnered over 4,000 shares.

You see, my friend, if you are earning above minimum and can afford to pay for a monthly ammortization of around 14k a month, you can get a car. Lowest DP is 5k, bro, 5 thousand only, all in. Of course, you act and dress the part. Naa bya kay car. You act and dress like a rich dude.
