Except that congress ISN'T LP dominated. In fact, Digong's landslide victory might probably even lead to a shift in allegiance to Duterte's party. In addition, our constitution has a very limited criteria for impeachment, which if Duterte is really clean I'm sure he will not pass the criteria. Now, what plan B are we talking about again?

I find it hard to believe since most members of the lower house may not be explicit members of LP but some of them were responsible for Corona's removal. You also don't need LP membership all you need is money which is what happened before.
