sahay sa mga restos they put a lot of "MSG" in their foods just to make it taste good, mouth watering, and etc... and to become a vegan, or any type of vegan, ull find out later on that "preparing ur own meals" is the surefire way to ensure that what u are eating are natural and cooked in the best way in order for the nutrients of the food to be preserved as much as possible.
and this is the hardest part ..preparing ur own DAMN meals!lol!
darn, sahay diri gyud ko mahagbong!

Way makalupig when you prepare/cook your own meals because you know what you're making.

But daghan man vegan junkfood oi, it's all about not eating anything that comes from animals. Maski ako ra mag fry ug potato wedges, I'd still get a lot of fat from it. But bahala na, basta I'm not harming any animal. Veganism is a lifestyle, it's not just a choice of what you eat...you should also stay away from clothes/things with leather, silk and the likes...which makes the whole advocacy quite challenging to practice, but in the end it's something to be proud of.
