oh didnt know hehe, di man gyud na mapugngan for you to eat purely vegetables tanan, i do eat meat pero controlled lang esp. when im out, and if medyo ma pul.an nakog persian palate for the week. I also dont want to rely lang on tofu or soy for my protein kay puol sad. :mrgreen:
