    Dili man brod. Mangutana pa gani if naa kay background daan. Mas ganahan sila para dali nalang tudluan.

    I suggest before mo magpa enroll, e condition daan inyong lawas (jogging and physical exercise for 1-2 months). Kay ang bag.o ug daan parehas ra ug training.

    Calisthenics pa lang daan for 1 hour mura na kog mamatay. Hahaha
