    Yes of course 10 hours of sleep in a day is best for living healthy life. This technique is also increase your period of life. But in my opinion if you sleep 8 hours a day instead of 10 hours this is also a good for life. I also sleep 8 to 10 hours daily and also want to say thank you for sharing it.
