Question... Is Yawyan Ardigma and Yawyan Taijustsu the same or different style of teaching?
What is the advantage of the one over the other? I plan to re-enroll in yawyan cebu.
My objective is for physical fitness and self defense.

First time I've met the famous Grandmaster Julio Villaflores just last week. I will enroll in Yaywan Taijutsu either this week or next.
