perfectly understandable......hasul gyud ni mag build from scratch labi na dunay problema ang components. Dili ka siguro imoha ba sayup ug ta.od labi pani RMA sa vendor dugay ka.ayo - ma istambai imong build unya usahay mo ingon pa gyud "no fault found" in component - WTF? They think we took time to disassemble, pack, mailing, and paying package for fun.

I remember Intel cpu's (Pentium MMX - 150Mhz) used to be very expensive, around $450usd and above......nowadays, cpu's relatively inexpensive.

Ambot lang sa Pinas kung pwede pa ba mag "pirate' ug OS, shhhhh......dili na gyud pwede diri. Ang Windows 7 OS baligya diri kai 'gateway' na lang.....download na tanan sa Microsoft HQ ang OS diri. Wala na gyud pag.asa maka 'pirate' ...Sigurado ko sige pa sa China

Ilisi na ug FX (mas barato pa). They have the same socket configuration AM3/AM3+ - they should fit without issues.
Check your mobo literature/manual to verify

he (@Jack Tyson Ebe ) may need to re-flash the mobo BIOS for sure if the mobo was released from the manufacturing plant before the FX CPU series were released to the market...

need pud ni'g i-check. kaso, deads man ang rig... basin naa'y CPU na mahuwaman dha to make sure the compatibility of the mobo BIOS w/ the FX CPU is good to go...
