I myself am against certain modifications (Sorry jud sa ma igo, akoa lang ni na opinyon) like kana sobra ra sad ka saba jud na mga mufflers na maka distorbo jud bitaw na sa uban tao to be honest, sometimes too much ra sad kaayo bitaw.. then some modifications like changing the colors of your lights.. ang tail lights, brake lights, signal lights... their colors are for a specific purpose... ma distinguish cya ug dali sa nag sunod nimo.. nya kana sobra ka hayag ang suga na sakit jud kaayo sa ka atbang na sakyanan that may also cause accidents if dli mu menor ang ka sugat... mga plate covers na perte ka dark sa color nga dli na ma klaro ang plate number... impt jud na klaro ang plate number for reasons like accidents or crimes.. kada sad kung maka modify sa motor layo na kaayo sa original na itsura.. mura na ug spaceship o discohan pud.. those modifications are way off for me and dapat jud ma bawal.. but dapat naa guidelines, dli kay naa lang gi modify gamay dakpon na, even if side mirror lang o yantas o ligid and they should have a measurement sa saba na bawal.. dli kay tungod naka ilis lang ug muffler dakpon na.. naa jud mga simang ni ilang gi himo na balaod... dha ang sayop na ako nakita and diha ko against aning balaod nila..."

If dili japun ka pa lupig as always, imoha nana.. if opposed ka sa ako opinyon, well opossed pud ko sa imuha so let it be.. naa pud ko'y ako na para nako sakto ra.. this goes to cars as well not only motorcycles when it comes to setting up cars nga daghan sad nag dagan sa atoang kadalanan...

have to digested the aim of this ordinance bro? it is to stop the "irresponsible" use of loud mufflers so as NOT to disturb the public. what is there to argue?

the provision is so clear and specific. why would you justify nga para madunggan ka if naa sa blind spot. simple solution is to not be in the blind spot. maintain proper distance. anticipate every move.

lets say valid imong excuse while naa ka sa hiway...how about when you go home and people are taking a rest.. would you consider their right to a peaceful neighborhood? just right now(unsa na ron orasa), as im typing, naa sa hiway mag burak2 sa ilang motor.. would you consider it to be humane and sensible?

how about ill go to your place and mag agi2 ko with open pipe? would you not be affected? lets not be so selfish bro..
i laso had an openpipe and when i felt i somewhat disturbed our neighbor i immediately replaced it with the stock muffler.

nag loud pipes. They are way more noisier than small bike on loud
pipe and sounds the same as well.

I tried open pipe with my 4 cylinder big bike. And it's not possible kay
