HELP! Brand new MSI Z77 Mpower Error 55 reboot cycle every 8 secs

Processor: i7 2600k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4x 4GB 1866MHz

if I install all memory modules on 4 slots or any dual channel orientation, it will go on reboot cycle every 8 seconds, #55 displays on board.

I have already done:
1. checking RAM if defective ( none is defective)
2. Checking Processor pin connectors on the board(all is good)

But now its running but only 8GB RAM(single Channel) is installed on DIM 1 and DIM 2 ( if DIM 1-2-3-4 )

Check dw bka ang CPU pins naka-misaligned para ipa-warranty na.

e pa warranty nlng na boss mruag 1 of the ram slots kay busted

We have a very similar issue. I can't run in "Dual Channel" as well. 1st and 2nd RAM slots are not working Error "55".

another problem, abi nako nagdagan both cards in SLI when I installed it, but when I checked on NVIDIA control panel usa ra madetect, also on windows device manager, isa ra pud..

so when I try putting 1 vcard on pcie slot 1, boom, error code b2, tried pcie 2 slot as well same, then tried on the next card same b2 error. pero ug akong ibutang ang duha ka card , ok siya mo boot to windows , but mao lagi ang usa ra makita, bisan I swap pa ang mga cards.. pfff.

kay nahalin man ang usa ka card this morning, ako na alng gigamit built in graphics card, kay di gyud mo post kung usa ra kaq card gamiton.

check nako last ang motherboard pins later, ngita pa ko magnifyuing glass, then cpu pdas basin nay paksit.
then if all else fails, pa warranty na ko.
