I doubt . If not all FRATS , most FRATS to include all the EXCLUSIVE FRATS ar oriented about RA 8049 . The problem is if RA8049 is presented to NEOPHYTES . actually I know one international frat nga naay local chapter is trying to adapt this form of rites na sad, at least one good start
