UPS = (Uninterrupted Power Supply) it is like baby generator although battery operated, able to back up power for short period of time, depends on our load, but mostly it can backed you up 10mins.
AVR=(Automatic Voltage Regulator) it is use to regulate the secondary voltage output, and against electric fluctuation.
PSU=(Power Supply Unit) simply means the unit where you will plug your power cord and with multiple direct current voltage that supply you mother, hdd, fdd, video card and etc.

Is it true na dili na kailangan ug UPS if mu buy ko ug branded na PSU which is Silverstone ST50F-ES 500w?

Ni adto mn ko sa gaisano interpace ganiha unya mao ang gi ingon sa technician. Unya wala lang ko sure if tinuod ba kay dili pud kaau ko sweto ug computer hardware. Pwede na pud daw dili mag butang ug AVR direct na daw sa outlet.

Pwede ra dili mag AVR basta nindut imung psu, ang kanang UPS para rana ingkaso mag brownout...

ako lang pud tagaan og mas maayong kasayuran with regards to ups ha. most ups nga pang home use, 15-16 minutes ang back up power nga pwede ma provide ana if ok pa ang battery og standard use lang. don't expect them to back your power upto the whole day. industrial grade ups can provide you with that pero if price lang ang hisgutan mayo pa mag generator na lang ka if balay lang.hehehe.
