    Default Walay gana mo kaon


    Hi mga ka istorya.. ask ta ko unsa maayo tambal or vitamins nako tumaron? sigi man ko wala gana mo kaon bisan unsa pa na sud-an.. nya dili ko bati-on ug ka gutom... kuyawan ko ani da kay mura delikado man.. ask ta ko unsa maayo buhaton para mo balik sa normal akong pag kaon..

    be mentally active and physically active... your appetite for food will come naturally.

    kaon sad og sa saktong oras.. yaw pa pasmo kay di na mag dumdum imong tiyan ana..

    on time permi para ma anad.

    inom sad vitamin C after breakfast para help sa imong system mo digest.

    Such a very helpful tip thank u. But if i may ask makatambok ba ang vit c sir?

    Bitaw noh.. katong akong palalabs sa una kay 2 ra ka kutsara kan-on, ma busog dayun. ang ending, ni landing sa ospital kay geh ulcer.. hahaha

    naa gyuy mga taw nga di ganahan mo kaon

    Start with your fave food, mo gana imo kaon.

    dili pampatambok ang vitamin c, pero kelangan siya sa body. If dili ka gakaon kaau, take vitamin c na Sodium Ascorbate kay para dili acidic sa imo tiyan. try some multi-vitamins and try kaon vitameal (I'm not sure kung makapatambok ni pero mao ni usually gipakaon sa mga bata na malnourish and also this was donated sa uban areas na biktima sa Yolanda kay sa sardinas ug noodles wla kay maasahan na saktong nutrition).

    very helpful input...thinking of giving this sodium ascorbate a try since i haven't been up to eating well as well these past few days and keep feeling acidity in my stomach after small intakes of food
