In a way, credit grabbing is a good term to use, but a very bad word to spread.

Grabbing is when someone forcibly took something from anyone. Like GMA over Erap, San Mig over Rain or Shine and many other snatchers out there who took opportunity in a flash.

In any situations nobody gives credit to someone who resigned, no longer connected or affiliated in any form of administration. the more if the person is already in prison. Dead people got full credits for what they've finished, but not what they've started.

It is really funny when you are a member of a community and you don't know exactly what your function is. "Doing your part" phrase sounds funny when the person addressed by it, don't know exactly what to do and what is he supposed to, instead he simply follow what the other people do.
