hello istoryans. gikan ko sa results companies sa mactan for my final interview. 9.30 pm ko gischedule para final interview. after sa interview kay nagpaabot kog pila ka minutes, job offer na dayun. when the recruitment officer said nga iprofile ko sa sprint, naglain akung mood. i know sprint is a difficult account and i'm afraid i wouldn't be able to meet the demands of the job ug ang mga metrics. i politely declined the offer but the recruitment officer said that if i change my mind, i'll just give them a call.

im working for sprint sa results bai, ok raman ang account, it's not as difficult as sprint in CVG banawa. lingaw ra ang floor, dili ingon ana ka relax jud but it's dynamic in a good way. daghan taga banawa nibalhin diris results. ang basic salary offer mag depende man sa years of previous experience nimo sa BPO, pero ok ra kay mag saka mana og 1k for every year nimong stay diri sa results. daghan sad kayo performance-based incentives sa sprint account. and i mean DAGHAN.
