No, it gives them a basis lang if pila imo expectation compared to how much they are willing to offer.. if layo ra kaayo imo expectation then it might be a deal breaker for them if dawaton ka or dili..

exapmple, it they offer 15K and you answer 14-15K na expectation, then they will see it as a positive because you will be satisfied sa imo sweldo na ila i-offer.. if you answer 25K then ila offer for that position is 15K, they will see it as a deal breaker na if madawat ka, basin dli raka mag tinarong kay ubos kaayo sa imo gi expect na sweldo and you might not be happy at work so you might only put half the effort when working or basin dili ra ka mu digay sa company...

Don't misunderstand it as gukdon nila imo expectation... unless gi pirate ka nila or need kaayo ka nila, dili sila mag gukod ug sweldo nimo

I think the point she's trying to convey when she said "humble" is, basin presko ra kaayo nya imohang dating sa interviewer if mu expect ka ug dako kaayo na salary without even the credentials/experience to back it up. Mao lang ako understanding ha

I'm not exactly sure naa pa ba nag offer ug 12K starting but definitely not 20K... Sa karon if I'm not mistaken ako na hibaw-an is 14K plus allowance, benefits and incentives. basta somewhere between 14K-18K of course depende sa experience kay sahay tagaan man ug premium ang naa nay experience..

Kasagaran cguro nag 15K basic then tungod naay mga allowances, incentives, night diff, hazard pay etc.. mao na mu abot ug around 20K so when you ask them how much they make, they will tell you 20K..

Thanks boss. What if boss ang imong gi answer is 15K and then ang actual salary kay mas taas pa ana, there is possibility ba nga paubsan pud nila imo monthly rate?

I don't think so.. kay naa naman jud na sila'y more or less fixed number na isweldo for a certain position.. kasuway ko ani sauna.. nag apply ko for TL then ako gi hatag ato na expectation is 20K but ila gi offer nako pag human kay 25K+

same rule na dili nila pa saka-an ilang offer if dako kaayo imo expectation, dili sad nila pa ubsan if gamay imo expectation.. they just want to see where you are lang jud with salary in accordance to the position you are applying for.. so hopefully you always give an amount sa sakto ra pud.. and to do that is you always have to research the company and position na imong gi applyan. mao na magpa dako sa imong chance madawat

Just be mindful of your grammar during the interview so you will sound deserving of your salary expectation.
I was going to say "it's including" but after proofreading it sounded lame so i rewrote most of the sentence except that. lol. good find!
No back spaces in interviews!!! hahaha...

And a quick disclaimer, i also edited the sentence above and might have left some words unchanged accidentally. lol

    So naa ko questions...

Which call center is willing to pay 20k starting salary?
Do i have to develop a "forced" accent? kanang walay angay bitaw then medyo hilas bisan ni plete sa jeep mag pina accent. *playtee pelehoog* lol
And ngano cge mn ambak2x ug company ang mga call center agents?

the way pa lang ka manabi TS, makes the difference between a skilled experienced applicant and a skilled inexperienced one.. lahi man gud tong nay experience kay dili lang hambog iyang skills, it can be proven sa iyang past companies labi nag positive kag record didto.. kay inexperienced ka, it's just your words , nothing more ..

and for the record, DILI LANG ang kaayu mo english ang criteria for working sa call centers, INTELLIGENCE , not just any other intelligence, but enough to multi-task , analyze, solve and be resilient for 9 hours a day , 5 days a week.

Nag initial interview man gud ko ganiha and then ang akong gihatag nga expected nga salary kay gamay ra for the position nga ilang gipangita kay i dont expect much compensation man sad ato nga company mao kato ra pud ako gisulti pero basin pa d i dako ang e offer. hehehe. thanks again boss.
