    this is good info.

    cheers!
    It's includes?

Just be mindful of your grammar during the interview so you will sound deserving of your salary expectation.

20k is a bit steep for someone who has no call center experience. No matter how good you are in speaking english, it won't matter. Experience is the basis for a higher base pay. Whether it's a BPO company or not, your work experience is what matters most.

Isn't the point of job applications to "sell" your skills?

"Rate your communication skills from 1-10, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest"

"3/10 sir kay humble mn gd ko"

sakto pud imong first sentence TS nga ibaligya nimo imong kaugalingon or i showcase nimo imong nahibaw.an, pero mas mo prefer jud na ang company sa mga "experienced people" kay tungod ana ilang gitawag nga work ethics , and one thing your credibility as a "no experience" is doubtful to the interviewer unless fresh graduate ka kay mada rana, so iban-ibani pud na imong 20k diha heheh

they decide pila imong salary.. unless you have proven urself nga excel ka ana nga field.. ipakita lang nila nga deserving ka for an increase.
