For me, there’s nothing wrong to let helpers wear uniforms.

Wearing "helper" uniform is no different from wearing salesclerk, teacher or cashier uniforms. The ones who wear them are doing honest & decent work to earn a living. Helpers who wear uniforms look good & presentable.

It’s how they are treated by their employers which spells the big difference.

I dont think it's degrading. It helps them save money for clothes aa they do not have to worry about what to waer everyday. Also, some helpers just wear spags and short shorts at home. Or just t-shirts and shorts. Uniforms make them more decent and presentable esp during ocassions.
