Flasification isn't the same as AWOL.

He didn't include in his resume that he worked in Aegis. Even if he left the company for good, he should have at least credited the company for the experience. However, if CVG finds out the he didn't include Aegis because of AWOL, then they might think that he didn't include Aegis in his work experience intentionally to hide the truth about his AWOL. It's not appropriate to put in your resume that you AWOL, however it's always a rule thumb in every interviews to be honest.

supposedly dili man pwd nga withhold info sa employer, ilabina sa imong prev job. but I think the reason people can get away with it kay ang BPO company nagkinahanglan man og tawo. Ayaw lang kaayo kaguol/overthink ba. at least kahibawo ka unsay sayop ug kahibawo ka unsay pwd mahitabo. Sa panahon nga they make a big deal out of it, di na ka masurprise and you can be ready with options by then. just don't overthink. ingon pa sila, que sera sera.
