I couldn't agree more. Sakto jud ang detoxification. I highly recommend liver cleanse since you smoke and drink alcohol. FYI... I used to take a lot of gym supplements sa una from amino, whey, etc.. name it and I have tried it.. sayop jud nako wa ko ngresearch maayo before using the products nadaot jud akong atay.
