    I couldn't agree more. Sakto jud ang detoxification. I highly recommend liver cleanse since you smoke and drink alcohol. What you put in your body ends up in the liver, the liver then washes off waste murag washing machine na sya sa atong lawas. the liver has 500 functions in our body and mao ni sya ang mu store ug vitamins and minerals and mulimpyo sa atong dugo. dili nako malista tanan functions diri kay baka ma information overload mo. So take good care of your liver and be a liver lover, boy!

    FYI... I used to take a lot of gym supplements sa una from amino, whey, etc.. name it and I have tried it.. sayop jud nako wa ko ngresearch maayo before using the products nadaot jud akong atay.

    Salamat ani. A good read! I'm on my 6th day without smoking and drinking. I would still drink pero occasionally nlng siguro, tilaw2 dle na hubog2. ahahaha My goal is to stop smoking at least for 6 months then after that another goal for a year then forever. Keeping my fingers crossed. lol

    knsay dugay na nag gamit ug promatrix 7 nga whey? maau bah ni? gikan kog ON nya nag promatrix nalang ron kay mahal kau bug-at kays bulsa ang ON.. may ning promatrix 5lbs nila kay 1.8k ra.. naa bah moy nakitang result sa promatrix?
