    sayon ra kay padaut oi.. naa ranas huna².. ayaw palabig kaon. kung gutmon ka, kaon gamay lng pugngi kung mahimo... madugay ma anad raka ana like mo adapt rana imong baba ug tiyan sa imong kabuang like dli nasad ka gutmon ug mag pangita kayg pagkaon..

    Nag start ko og exercise last september 2013. akong weight at that time is 77 kg. everyday ko mag bike for 34 km sometimes 48km or mu saka sa busay, buak and tops. Then nag start pud ko og jogging for 5k or 9k kung ma pul an sa bike. Now... my current weight is 71.5 Kg. Planning to go down further to 65 Kg puhon.

    I didn't go to a gym or naay training instructor para weight loss. Ako is pure determination, gut and habit lang. One thing I'm certain kusog maka pa weight loss.

    1. Daily Exercise.
    2. Control your eating but eat 3 times a day only. No midnight snack and no junk foods
    3. Sleep 7-8 hours a day
    4. Stay away from Sodas, Cigarette and Alcohol instead drink sugar less Green tea ex. liptop green tea.

    No need for you to buy special magic chin-chan-soo pills to loose weight, no need for you to starve to death para weight loss. Kung ma buhat na nimo ang 4 ka factors I mentioned then easy ra kaayo na ninyo pa loose og weight. Make your weight-loss a habit and not goal oriented. Kung goal oriented ka and once you stop exercising na mu balik napud ka pagka tambuchoy ana.

    sakto bro, mao gud na aqng gi.suhid ron. However ang ga.lisod pa ko sa junk food, bisan ginagmay ra. I don't binge but usahay makabati kog guilt haha.

    nanambok naman gud ko and di jud mada mag jogging. mag jog ko sa abellana pero naa rajud na taman sa 2 rounds usahay kai di muabot 1 round kai musakit akong kilid . mag pa sexy2 na unta ko ba kai summer man daw kuno HAHAHHAHAHA please advise. Thanks

    1. disiplina lng sa food ts. stay away from foods that are high in sugar, fats or cholesterol.

    2. learn how to count your calories. check your BMI and find your target weight.

    3. eat foods that are high in fiber like fruits and vegies (this is where you get your carbs from)

    4. stay away from processed, fast, instant, junk, fried/oily foods.

    5. always check nutritional facts on food labels to see calory, sugar and fat content. make sure not to go beyond 10g of fat

    6. cardio, walking or jogging will do

    7. positive mindset.

    8. create your diet program and stick to it.

    @n00bster Thank you! I hope makaya nako na. I'm planning to jog by nextweek and play badminton to sweat out kai murag di najud maayo akong body karon. and soon hope mka bike2 nsd ko para healthy living ta!
