Naa ni biases... Kami sad usa me sa mga karaang pamilya sa Sugbu, wala pa ang mga katsila, insik ug uban pa nitugpa sa Cebu ni exist na kami. Mahitungod sa inter-marriage mao nahimo me ug meztizo sagol insik ug katsila.

Among mga pamilya kay mga low-profile lang. Dili tanan ang gipanghisgotan diri sa aning forum ang tinud-anay nga taga Cebu. Igo ra ni sila nangankon nga dili iyaha.

Among mga kaliwat atong panahona kay mga anti-Spanish, mao wala mailhi.

usa sa mga lumad nga taga Cebu family name kay Mangubat or Manguerra (sa espanyol).

I dont think theres any research made... But for discussion purposes, il exclude the guys hailing from cebu but are now manila based (ex henry sy, gokongwei, etc..)

1. Aboitiz - we all know em
2. Ong kin king - the most low profile guy, yet filthy rich despite trading being his core
3. Augusto go - uc, emall, etc...
4. Sy-gaisano - composed of 3 major factions... Each family is on a stand-alone basis..
5. Garcia family - power sector

Not sure bout the 6 to 10, but heres mine based on NET ASSETS (in no particular order)
6. Michelle lhuiller - my damn idol!
7. larrazabal family - cebu doc
8. lua family - though also on a stand-alone basis per family, still under a matriarch
9. Benedicto family - old strong political fam..
10. Yap yok - diversified

on my paper for Cebuano Literature.

Just curious lang bai, unsa diay business anang Ong Kin King og Yap Yok family? Di kaayo sila familiar para nako, partly kay ingon pud ka nga low-profile lang sila.
