    Ganahan sad ko mga parekoy mo share sa akong experience since I started working out. If you asked me about my diet, hmmm... I always eat sweets and chocolates and I eat a lot of carbs. My problem is getting myself bigger every day.

    i personally take 5g a day. doesn't matter when. or what time. as long as i take it everyday. creatine is not water soluble . blender. shaker or not. really hard to mix. i take my scooper. put it inside my mouth. then drink water after. lol. lol.

    creatine takes as early as 3 weeks to start saturating. but for the general populous IMO. it takes 1 -2 months to start working. this is a reason why i don't think it matters "when" you take it. hehe doesn't start working for a long time.
    @Xenoxorph brought up a good point in the other thread. creatine does not work for everyone but it IS the best supplement for "atheletic gains" and works for the "majority" of people who take it. i take a diabetic panel every 3-4 months. one of the tests is creatinine levels. so this was my "verification" that it was working for me.

    my first was Mutant Creakong. . i bought at @wisechoice. the owner has a thread here with prices/other products. 950 php for 2 months worth. i think he brought it down to 900 php. but i had already bought it for 950 when he replied to the thread . i just finished the tub i bought recently from there and i would definitely buy it again but i got a gift from my brother earlier this month and he bought me ON Micronized Creatine. just started using it.

    sorry i can't really recommend anything. i dont have much experience in using it. which is better etc etc. hehe i guess it doesn't matter as long as you're taking creatine? but don't take my word for it.

    i should say 2 months worth if you're taking 5g per day. it's a 300g tub for 950 php.

    naa xd ko akoa! sugod ko workout 2011 ky cge ra ug dota, tan aw anime unya bag-o buwag sa uyab!...i feel bored mao ga gym2x kunohay!... walai 2013 ky na ba-li ako humerus ana nga time! fracture gyud xa!(training sa eruf kat-kat pisi) hahahah after 6 months sa fracture balik dayun ko gym ky sayang kaayu ang gisugdan bisan wala pa ni oki c doki, nag buot2x ko ug akoa! ako program ky gain weight, back then i was 123lbs payatot! hahahaha only amino 2222 tabs ra ako gi take then after the fracture ga whey dayun ko.... hahhaha!! train insane or remain the same!

    @junex26 :kung di naka ganahans imong creating bro puyde sag ari nalang nmo e hatag nako. hehehe wa pa jud ko kasuway nahan ko mo testing
