    @jaeahr... bruh mao pa gyud ni akong improvement so far... after 8 months of working out... depende ra kung dili motukar ang tapul... pasensya na mga master sa pic di pa kaayu kita ang improvement... magtigum sa kog igong kusog para magtopless sa after PIC dako pa kaayug tiyan...

    yeah bruh... it was very hard because i was flat.chested plus with big tummy... now shoulder is getting wider and my back lisod karon mangita og sanina wid wide shouder esp tshirts... actually bruh gamay pa kaayu akong chest maklaro og moburot rah kung akong e flex... But Hopefully ma attain ang goal ky magpabulking ko karon... thanks bruh na motivate kos imong discipline and hardwork...

    flex or not. as long as you noticed something different. that's all that matters. we're in a marathon remember. the successful ones are the one's that keep pushing themselves. regardless of how long you spent. or the gains.
