yeah. being diabetic definitely has it's down falls when dieting. i tried it during my first attempt at the gym this year from feb 15-17 ( the time at which i thought a caloric deficit would give me awesome spartacus abs [ FAIL ] ) . tried it for for a two weeks. saw results FAST. i was doing 10/14 windows. my body couldn't handle it at all. there was not enough juicy fruit or v fresh in the whole entire world to keep me from going hypoglycemic. LOL. i know my body a bit better now.
the pic you saw of one of my meals. i eat like that 3-4x a day. and leg and back day happen to be my favorite days!
as far as metrosports go. i rarely ever go during prime time. BUT for the past week i started going from 3-5 or 8-10pm just due to time constraints. usually i go from 6am-8am. i'm a quiet gym rat. except when i dead lift. i keep to myself. i use to be very shy but i don't think anyone knows what my body looks like anyway. i wear sweaters and longsleeve tshirts every time. hehe. and if you watch me workout i don't do "heavy" weights except on my dead lift. i stopped caring a long time ago.
i'm in there for me. no one else.
this is probably going to be one of my last pics. not sure yet. but i might decide to try dirty bulking out. going have to say bye bye to all my visible gains.
