yeah. being diabetic definitely has it's down falls when dieting. i tried it during my first attempt at the gym this year from feb 15-17 ( the time at which i thought a caloric deficit would give me awesome spartacus abs [ FAIL ] ) . tried it for for a two weeks. saw results FAST. i was doing 10/14 windows. my body couldn't handle it at all. there was not enough juicy fruit or v fresh in the whole entire world to keep me from going hypoglycemic. LOL. i know my body a bit better now.

the pic you saw of one of my meals. i eat like that 3-4x a day. and leg and back day happen to be my favorite days!

as far as metrosports go. i rarely ever go during prime time. BUT for the past week i started going from 3-5 or 8-10pm just due to time constraints. usually i go from 6am-8am. i'm a quiet gym rat. except when i dead lift. i keep to myself. i use to be very shy but i don't think anyone knows what my body looks like anyway. i wear sweaters and longsleeve tshirts every time. hehe. and if you watch me workout i don't do "heavy" weights except on my dead lift. i stopped caring a long time ago. i'm in there for me. no one else.

this is probably going to be one of my last pics. not sure yet. but i might decide to try dirty bulking out. going have to say bye bye to all my visible gains.

pic was taken April 17, 2014. i believe i just hit 7 weeks of clean bulking on that date. i'm also 100% sure i'm posing and flexing wrong for a shoulder flex. LOL.

WOW! nice delt separation sir, traps are thick. IMO, you did pretty well doing "clean bulk" sir, what made you consider doing it dirty?

thanks! compared to my before picture on Feb 6. i feel the same way - i think i did pretty well too. sometimes i get hard on myself for not eating properly but i make up for it the next day. legs are my favorite day. and back is my second favorite. hehehe. no "cuts" but i know there's a lot of muscle hiding under all that fat.
i think they will look great when i start cutting weight.

i'm still considering it. i know my down falls. i know myself very well. i'm a very impatient person. the reason i chose clean bulk in the first place is because it teaches the person patience. a whole whole whole lot of patience. dirty bulk doesn't do that but your "gains" are increased due to the caloric surplus.

i'll be deciding by the end of this week. i'll be hitting 8 weeks on my clean bulk on the 25th.

that's the correlation though. if you clean bulk. you'll have an easier and shorter time when cutting. if you dirty bulk. you have bigger "gains" but your cutting phase is going to take a lot longer.

at the end of my best friends dreamer bulk he was 185 lbs. and dead lifting almost 600 lbs. no visible cuts. just a layer of fat hiding a huge ton of muscle. the cutting phase shows what you really got as an aesthetic body builder. whether you got it. or you don't.

Almost 600lbs deadlift? that's a BEAST stat bro. Richard Hawthorne is considered by many as the strongest man on earth pound for pound pulled 610lbs, just a shade over your bestfriend's pull. I really salivate guys pulling deadlifts thrice or more than their bodyweights.

he can't do it anymore due to his cut. but he's still awesome none the less. but yeah. it's awesome to watch someone dead lift / squat. etc etc. some serious weight.
