who told you that adding up RAM can speed up your net speed? you joking right?

RAM is just memory for your PC not related to speed of the net.

it may slightly affect rendering of large images because of your ram.. but downloading and uploading of data is same.

IMO
NO - internet speed is dependent on the bandwidth nga gihatag sa imong provider.
YES - indirectly lang kay RAM baya is also utilized by other running progs.
If naa koy mga memory-intensive prog nga gadagan, ang time sa pagtransfer sa internet adto sa akong memory mudepend sa speed sa akong processor at that particular time. So in a way YES pud siya.
Mao na tingali pasabot sa iyang amigo.

HELL NO, hahaha, dili na tinuod TS, well, your PC performance may depend on your RAM but your Internet Speed relies on your ISP ug kung unsa imung gibayran nga plan sa imung ISP.

uyon pud ko ani.. dili na depinde sa imo RAM... kundi sa connection na sa mo internet... pila d i ka MBPS ang imo g kuha na internet connection?? PLDT na imo internet?

kung 2 mbps na try daw ug check sa speedtest.net para maka baw ka kung nakaabot jud ba sa 2 mbps ang imo speed

Maypa akong PC sa work nga 2GB ra ang RAM, maka download og whole movie in 2 - 3 hours depende sa size.

I was downloading a file on the internet.
and at the same time below listed are running on my computer...

- a graphics program
- facebook albums
- 7 tabs of Opera opened
- an excel file

Later on i closed the above listed running programs.

After closing the running programs, the downloading speed increased!
How did i conclude the download speed increased without using any speed test prog?
Well from 2 hours prior closing the other progs the download time showed an estimate 46 mins to go.

I tried another one.
I was using a magic jack talking to someone.
Later on when i opened facebook photo albums, the talk quality was not as clear as before.

Can somebody please tell me why these is so.

the more mo gamit ka ug site... the more makuhaan ang speed sa imo net... just like internet cafe.. kung hinai nga mbps ang ila g kuha hinai sad ang connection taga pc,, how much more dghn pjud eh open nga site.. ma share man gud na cya ang speed..
