BPI ATM Machine did not dispense CASH.

ang naka pait aning ingon ani kong emergency imong pag withdraw nya mao na lang to imong last money nga gamiton . better jud na naay cash on hand kaysa ingon ani atm machines nga mukalit lag bog down . imagine pila ka tawo kaha ato na adlaw ang same og experience .

same thing happened to me TS. tried to withdraw sa BPI capitol, walai prompt na complete ang transaction gi-eject ra ang BPI atm card, pag try nako check sa Chinabank na deductan na akong money. Actually reported this to BPI but they won't be giving me a refund since transaction completed kuno based sa ilang pag-check. This also happened to a former colleague of mine who tried to withdraw from a BPI ATM using a BDO card. There must be something wrong with their machines or system. Gihurot na nakog withdraw akong money from my BPI account. I don't want the feeling of uncertainty whenever I try to withdraw from their machine and much worse, not get a refund.

sure wa ka refuni? maka dispute man ka ana labi na sa bpi atm jud ka ni widraw. makita by ana sa ila system f naa na dispense or wala.wat hapened to me last dec 7 kay wa mi dispense ang bdo na atm using my bpi atm card.pro ila man gi dispute den na credit ra pud balik ang money sa ako savings account after 2 weeks. 2 weeks kay lahi man na atm (bdo) ako gi widrawhan, dli bpi.

would it feel better ba kaha if mag balance inquiry lang sa ka una before ka mag withdraw jud? basin tymingan lang jud nga offline ilang system pag withdraw nimo ba and hence diretso dayon ka ma debitan... whereas if mag balance inquiry ka then dili gani mogawas ang amount sa balance, then perhaps mao nay hint nimo nga d nalang nimo padayonon ug withdraw sa imong mony kay basin offline na ilang system.

Good for you bai. Yes. wala sa akoa. august toh then pag september la pa nasettle, dispute ko sa ilang findings then reinvestigation sa ilang depts, etc. Mau nlng dili emergency money ako giwithdraw atoh

i mean if ang una nimong echeck una ang balance, before dayon2x kag withdraw... does it eliminate ba nga ma debitan dayon ka.. kay naa may instance sad gud nga ig check nimo sa balance, d usahay mo appear ang balance sa imong account so kana nga hint, pasabot na nga offline jud ang ilang system so thus d nlang ka mopadayon pa sa nsa ngadto2x pag widraw kay sureball man jud ka nga ma debitan na jud ka ky sa una palang gani nimo pag balance inquiry, d naman mogawas ang balance so HINT or CLUe na na nimo d naka padayon pa jud ug likay nalang sa diha2x.

the bank will give you provisional credit in 3-5 bussiness days. provisional (temporary) kay they will still render further investigation about the incident. there after if mahibaw an nila na mali ang claim nimu, they will take back the provisional credit depending on how long the investigation will take. some even takes a month before it happens

I think this is a good idea. But on my part, di na jud ko mu-withdraw sa BPI machines. Few days ago, namugas nalang jud ko adto sa CB machine para safe kay medyo dako sad to ako gi-withdraw kay para gifts sa mga pamangkin.

Dali raman na ma-trace if you kept the receipt. All they need is the time and the terminal number.
