    Default Windows did not start successfully


    guys,ngano mani.ako pc when i open it the message like this one appeared

    ''We apologize for the inconvenience, but windows did not start successfully.A recent hardware or software might have caused this.

    dugay naman ko wala gaload ug programs since last year pa ug wala na sab ko hardware nga gipalit ug gi install. does this mean i have to reformat my pc? two years naman ako pc.

    unsay imo OS?

    windows 95 ?
    windows 98 ?
    windows 98 SE ?
    windows ME ?
    windows 2000 ?
    windows 2003 ?
    windows xp SP1 / SP2 ?

    maybe naay problema sa imo power or mainboard or naay virus na naka sud sa imo system
    if di na jud mada u need to format it

    basin naay nipuyo nga worm-bitok, horse-kabayo, trojan horse or any malware, virus.. ug uban pa kanang naa sa imo buhok..... reformat? mamalik gihapon na kay basin STR virus - Stay Resident virus, inig on nimo naa na siya sa memory mingpilit... better pra maerase tanan back to original status kung dili madala ug virus sleaning gamit lang ug FDISK or partition manager all data will be lost..

    Im using Windows XP PRO. I dont have internet connection and dont even welcome media storage to be connected or even loaded to my pc. No new programs nor component installed. Kalit lang gyud cya. Whats your idea to restore this to normal kay naglibog gyud ko unsaon kay karon pa gyud ko ani. pls help.

    have your tried going to last configuration that worked, i mean restore it. press F8 during booting, then try last configuration worked...

    if the other suggestions failed try this: have your WinXP installer disc in the drive. boot to safe mode (assuming you can). Click Start>Run and type "sfc /scannow" without the quotes and press enter. it will scan your system for system files that have changed and replace it with original ones. if you have updated some system files, it might replace those with the older one.

    naa na sa software ang topic ana bai..."repair xp"
