    1 day 1 eat.. Haha.. for me, kay undto nman ko mo mata i only eat lunch.. pero sa dinner di na kaayo ko mo kaon.. and mo kaon man gani ko biscuit and water rjud.. Drink plenty of water coz water can make you slim..

    Haha.. @marzzz21 ni gamay nman ko ron not like not work pako sa jollibee tambok jud kayo ko.. pero karon ingon sila na sakto ra daw akong lawas paro ingon man gud ang mga doctor na need pa daw ko ug reduce weight so meaning dako di i gihapo ko.. dili jud ko daot, dako kay kog paa, bagtak, bukton esp. tiyan.. grabe!

    Kung dli ka gusto mag jogging, you can always walk. Bag.o lang ko nisabay ni @robstaman og jogging sa abellana. Pero daghan man pud mag walking didto. Nindot kaayo kay naay libre sounds, naa may ga practice para sinulog didto so malingaw kag tan.aw/paminaw. Hehehe, pareho gyud tag problem ani, akong tiyan pud ay, pirteng dakoa, akong 6 ka abs kay nausa siya. Hehehehe

    Thanks, sis

    It's not an easy task for me being that I'm a foodie who also loves to cook
    and my family, as well... So what I usually do? I spend most of my day in
    the gym and get busy then talk to people of their success stories and get
    pointers from my PT and other trainers.

    What matters most is that we stick to a healthy lifestyle and not abuse our
    body coz in the end, we reap what we sow

    Slim mi kay gifted sa genes. 1st tip: Before ka mukaon sa breakfast inum 1-2 glasses of water para di kayo ka mukaon daghan.
