Kung dli ka gusto mag jogging, you can always walk. Bag.o lang ko nisabay ni @robstaman og jogging sa abellana. Pero daghan man pud mag walking didto. Nindot kaayo kay naay libre sounds, naa may ga practice para sinulog didto so malingaw kag tan.aw/paminaw. Hehehe, pareho gyud tag problem ani, akong tiyan pud ay, pirteng dakoa, akong 6 ka abs kay nausa siya. Hehehehe![]()
Normally, women need 2000 calories/day. I consume no more than 1000 calories/day by replacing rice or any fatty food with veggies and more fruits. Instead of meat, meat and meat.. I eat more fish to have protein. Then I jog 3-4 times a week. Most likely I burn 300-500 calories every time I jog so all-in-all naa ra sa 600~700 calories nalang per day. I have less hunger pangs 'cause I drink no less than 8 glasses of water per day. It's also good for my skin not to get dry and rough. So listen to @lifeisbeyeeutiful kay tested and proven na hahahaha![]()
And oh, I spend most of my time at work so I don't forget to drink my vitamins C, E, B1, B6, and B12. Hope this helps and good luck~!![]()

It's not an easy task for me being that I'm a foodie who also loves to cook
and my family, as well... So what I usually do? I spend most of my day in
the gym and get busy then talk to people of their success stories and get
pointers from my PT and other trainers.
What matters most is that we stick to a healthy lifestyle and not abuse our
body coz in the end, we reap what we sow![]()
