    In the end, it all boils down to how much you're eating vs how much you're consuming. Eat less than you burn ----> Lose weight. Eat the same amount as you burn ----> Maintain. Eat more than you burn ----> Gain. If you're not losing weight, then you're obviously overestimating your calorie intake. Solution? eat less.

    You can eat 6 meals a day or 3 meals a day, what matters is the total of these meals. 6 meals with a total of 2k calories is the same with 3 meals with a total of 2k calories. Choose something that is convenient for you. The more convenient your diet is, the more you can stay consistent with your diet!

    i think it's the intesity and duration sa imong zumba. typically kanang mga inganang workout would roughly burn more than 500 calories every hour. an average woman with no to little excercise needs roughly 1900 to 2000 calories a day a typical day in the office standing up walking doing chores etc. but typically sa pinoy diet we exceed that requirement without even knowing it. 1 cup of rice is already 242 calories x3 meals a day thats already 726 calories wala pay apil sudan. kung ang isa ka serving nga meat or fish naa sa 220 calories x3 meals a day 660 calories na. apila pa ang snacks. imagine ang bigmac alone walay apil drinks and fries is already 550 calories apilon pa ang fries nga naa sa mga 270 and drinks and that will be almost a 1000 calorie meal. and for the girls kanang hilig kaayo mu order ug iced coffe sa starbucks or any coffee shops be very carefull. kanang mga frap o mocha o unsa pa na you will be amazed on how much calories that lil cup has. around 300 calories partneran pag doughnut sa krispy kreme patay na diet hehehe.

    do more intensity and time on your workout. take less calories and im very sure you will lose weight. to tell you honestly if you reduce your daily intake by 25% even without excercise you will lose weight. the question will now be how bad do you really want to lose weight.

    Exactly. Parisan pa ug excercise mas labi pa ang weight lost. Cardio gyud pinatyanay na cardio. Hehehe.

    I am not really into any diet program, but this is what works for me; I cut my food intake by 1/2,
    and that means like, if i used to eat 1 cup of rice, now its just 1/2 cup of rice, if i used to have 2 pcs. of chicken, now its just 1 pc.
    then, softdrink and sweets is a no,no. After 2 months i lost 5 kl. Now maintain nalang sa figure.he,he
