Almost any business is a good business. However you can save on cost and save on time wasted by inexperience by knowing the right people. Example, if you know someone who supplies machinery you can get some at a low cost or even at know cost at all depending on the terms.

You might even get an idea from someone you know who lives overseas. Remember all the options that you have here are limited. Look at the food stalls in the malls that have been very successful some of them are ideas that were found outside of our borders. It is very difficult to be creative and find like minded people here especially when the average person is mediocre in ideas and we have a society that promotes mediocrity. Anyway I am veering off topic but you get my point.
