Go Genergex! With the other stations you need at least 5m deposit..plus you have to own the lot. Not to mention a whole lot of other additional costs. And your margins on gasoline are practically cents, unless you count the lubricants and other services. Just my 2cw.

i think this is the best thing you can do...put it in a financial industry...its a big amount and you don't need to buy those solid assets..

say you have 11MILLION...why not invest it at 8-12% rate savings? say your 11M will be given a 10% rate per year you have
1,100,000 as interest only...if you divide that 12 months, that is 91,666 divided by 2...45,833 per 15 days..

If you are disciplined, 45k per 15 days is big enough...

that is just one of the ways..
