I thought you're blaming the government kay daghan patay. With regards to mobilizing help, even US militaries have difficulties aiding ground zero. reasonss? Firstly, only small aircrafts can land sa airstrip kay devastated ang airprot. mga dagko na planes mag lisod, ground travel lisod sad kay blocked ang roads. DPHW? They are also affected in typhoons and I am sure they are doing everything they can to help. Secondly, to aid tacloban in timely manner you have to use aircrafts, that's the one and only means for transporting relief goods, keysa mag boat mo, some of the goods are perishable. Dili ni xa basta basta lang nga disaster. It was a category 5 typhoon which i think any country can suffer the same fate.

I understand nga daghan lacking sa government. What I am concerned jud kay ma likayan pa jud unta ang ing-ani ka daghan nga casualties. But of course, I have to blame those people na wala mo hawa sa ilang gipuy-an maski pila na kabook warning sa PAG-ASA. Government wasn't able to force evacuate those people which we could've minimzed the casualties. Hopefully, dili ma "magic magic" ang relief goods nga ni abot sa PH. And ma distribute sila. I you have been to the ground zero, you would understand why it is difficult to distribute the relief goods. Lisod paman gani sa Norht sa Cebu, kato pa ba kaha nga nag storm surge.

Boss since mag lisod ug tugpa tanan goods sa tacloban why not use boats and pass thru other areas like ormoc, isabel and baybay, etc.. from there going to a truck to other small towns para not all people will go to tacloban just to get some relief goods? There are other means of accessing leyte and also it's not only tacloban man boss, if mo agi sila sa laing dalan mas madali man siguro, plus they can use small boats pud para maka dunggo sa gagmay na pantalan. if roads are blocked, ang dagat hawan man, since mostly the municipalities are located just beside the shoreliines.

DPWH = naa sila mga employee nga wala sa affected area
logistics = dili lang airports ang agi anan
naa mga organization nga naka adto sa mga affected areas with out using aircraft

Agree kaayo ko ani maam, dili lang kay aircraft gud. ang dili maarang sa aircraft ky sa boat, pila raman ka oras unta from cebu to leyte. nya daghan pag port na kaagian. daghan municipality sa leyte na naay port dagko ug gagmay.
