Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)

Complete name of the child (first, middle, last)
Complete name of the father
Complete maiden name of the mother
Date of birth (month, day, year)
Place of birth (city/municipality, province)
Whether or not registered late.
If registered late, please state the year when it was registered.
Complete name and address of the requesting party
Relationship to the child
Number of copies needed
Purpose of the certification (purpose for marriage)
No Record of Marriage /CENOMAR (will take 5 – 10 days)

Complete name of the person
Complete name of the father
Complete maiden name of the mother
Date of birth

hello, naa lang ko pangutana..... If ge kasal mo sa church Oct-20-2013.... unsa na kadugaya before makuha ang NSO marriage certificate? Gamiton man gud namu ang NSO record pag hikay sa papilis...

Nag call na hinoon ko sa church ug ingun sila pwedi na namu makuha ang sa church copy but dili sila sure kung kanus-a mahuman ang sa NSO?
