    one time nag loan ko ug PagIbig nya i stop paying becoz i resign after the loan period the entire balance were settled using my contribution.

    so this is one of the reason why they change the policy to deduct the loan obligation in the time being of your resignation

    Sir if you check it with DOLE, this does not apply. It will always be a mutual agreement between the employer and employee if ideduct ba na ang full loan balance especially if resigned rah. If you check sa Loan Form ni SSS, naka stipulate didto na

    "The employer shall report to the SSS the effective date of separation from the company and the unpaid loan balance of the employee, through the collection list, if the benefit(s) due the employee is insufficient to fully repay his loan. "

    So dili ra dapat inform ra cya ditso na ideduct in full ang loan, dapat naa jd cla agreement to deduct it all. After all imo man nang fund ang imong giloan sa SSS og Pag Ibig and not the employer's fund. Paminaw nimo sufficient pa na sa employee ang iyang nareceive na last pay?
